Everything you need to know about OMNIA.

OMNIA is an inclusion management platform built by a qualified SENDCo, for inclusion teams. It brings together everything a SENDCo needs into one place: plan generation, provision mapping, access arrangements, annual reviews, compliance tracking, parent co-production, evidence-based strategy recommendations, and a great deal more.

OMNIA is not a plan generator that does one thing quickly. It is a platform that supports every part of a SENDCo's professional practice — from the moment a pupil joins the register to the moment they leave the school.

OMNIA was built by a practising SENDCo with experience across UK primary schools, specialist autism provision, and international schools in Tokyo and Abu Dhabi. The founder holds an MA in Special Educational Needs, Disability and Inclusion (University of Sunderland, 2025), the NASENCo qualification, JCQ Access Arrangements certification, and Qualified Teacher Status.

OMNIA was built because no existing platform combined genuine clinical depth with reliable evidence-based guidance. So the founder built one — and still uses it, in their own SEND practice, every week.

Three things set OMNIA apart:

First, the evidence base. OMNIA's recommendations are grounded in MetaSENse (UCL, 2024), the EEF Teaching and Learning Toolkit, Hattie's Visible Learning, DfE SEND Evidence Reviews, and a real-time practitioner feedback network. When evidence changes, OMNIA updates. No other SEND platform does this.

Second, the need-specificity principle. OMNIA knows that the same intervention can be appropriate for one need type and harmful for another. Every recommendation specifies which need types it applies to — and which it doesn't.

Third, it was built by someone who actually uses it. Every feature reflects a real clinical need that a working SENDCo faces. There is no equivalent of "generic AI EdTech tool adapted for SEND."

OMNIA supports all school types:

  • English state schools (mainstream and special)
  • Independent schools (day, boarding, prep)
  • International British curriculum schools
  • IB World Schools (PYP, MYP, DP, CP)
  • US and American-curriculum international schools (IDEA, Section 504, MTSS / RTI, Cognia / WASC, College Board SSD)
  • Welsh schools (ALN framework)
  • Scottish schools (ASN framework)
  • Northern Irish schools
  • Australian and New Zealand curriculum schools

Smart onboarding configures OMNIA for your specific school type, jurisdiction, phase, and examination boards — terminology, plan types, and statutory frameworks adapt automatically. Deeper filtering of navigation by jurisdiction continues to roll out.

OMNIA is built for SENDCos but is used across inclusion teams. Class teachers, TAs, pastoral leads, and school leaders all have roles in the platform with appropriate access levels. Headteachers and governors access reporting and compliance dashboards. Parents have their own school-branded portal.
