This Order Form is executed alongside the OMNIA Terms of Service, Data Processing Agreement, International Data Transfer Addendum, and UAE Jurisdiction Addendum (v1.1). By signing, the School agrees to all four documents as a single contract.

3. UAE Addendum — Residual Sign-off Items
These are the only two items requiring School / lawyer sign-off. Tick the applicable box for each — no redrafting required.
3.1 Arbitration forum (UAE Addendum §5.2.3)
Choose the administering institution and seat:
- ☐ DIAC (Dubai International Arbitration Centre), seat: DIFC (default — recommended for Dubai, Sharjah, and most international schools)
- ☐ ADCCAC (Abu Dhabi Chamber Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre), seat: ADGM (for mainland Abu Dhabi schools that prefer Abu Dhabi-administered arbitration)
3.2 Foreign-processor representative (UAE Addendum §2.5)
Confirm the School's understanding of OMNIA's PDPL foreign-processor status:
- ☐ Confirmed. Based on current UAE Data Office guidance (PDPL Executive Regulations not yet issued as at the date of signing), OMNIA Inclusion Ltd is not currently required to appoint a UAE-resident representative or register with the UAE Data Office. OMNIA will do so promptly if and when any such requirement comes into force, and will notify the School.
